Will tickets be sold at the door?

No. To allow the venue enough time to prepare catering and properly assign seating, ticket sales will end one week prior to the event.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. This is a black tie event, with black and white formal attire — honouring the traditional colours of a chess board.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 6PM for cocktail hour, after which the program will promptly begin.

Can I change my meal selection after purchasing my ticket?

There are 3 options for meal selection: chicken, salmon, or vegetarian. We will do our best to accommodate any change requests. Please send a detailed email to info@men-talbalance.com. Please note change requests will not be accepted after October 11th.

Is the venue accessible to guests with disabilities?

Yes. There is elevator access from the underground parking and from the main lobby to the banquet hall.

Will there be opportunities to donate to the cause?

Absolutely! There will be opportunities throughout the evening and a dedicated QR code at each table. The QR code will allow you to find information on all of the evening's speakers as well as a link to send donations.

Will there be a coat check available?

Yes, there will be an area to check your coat on the main floor before entering the dining hall.     

Is there free parking?

Yes, free parking is available both outside and underground of the Ascott Park Event Centre.
